If the client cancels the booking after confirmation, the advance payment will be non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be informed as early as possible.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule the shoot or event date based on availability. Rescheduling requests should be made in advance.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable once the shoot or service has been completed. Any editing, album design, or video production work already started will also be non-refundable.

Photo and video delivery timelines may vary depending on project size, editing requirements, and seasonal workload. ShutterStudio will make every effort to deliver projects within the committed timeframe.

Third-Party Charges
Payment gateway charges, travel costs, location fees, or other third-party expenses may be non-refundable.
