A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received. Dates will remain tentative until payment confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation. In special situations, bookings may be rescheduled based on availability.
Delivery Timeline
Edited photos and videos are delivered within the estimated timeline discussed during booking. Delivery time may vary depending on project size and editing requirements.
Raw Files
Raw photos and unedited video footage are not provided unless agreed upon before the project begins.
Client Cooperation
Clients are requested to cooperate during shoots and provide accurate event schedules, locations, and required details to ensure smooth coverage.
Copyright & Usage
All photographs and videos captured by ShutterStudio remain the property of ShutterStudio. We reserve the right to use selected content for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless privacy is requested in writing.
Travel & Additional Charges
Travel, accommodation, entry fees, or special permissions for destination shoots may involve additional charges depending on the location and project requirements.
Limitation of Liability
ShutterStudio will not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by weather conditions, venue restrictions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to Services
Any additional services or changes requested after booking may involve extra charges.
